No, only new goods can be advertised on Zboží.cz. However, you can advertise used, unpacked, or refurbished goods using your XML feed on the Sbazar service. The offers must be tagged with the appropriate <CONDITION> tag in the XML feed.

Deleting reviews is the sole responsibility of the operator of the Zboží.cz service. If reviews do not contradict good manners, we do not delete them, as a matter of principle.

The administrator of the given shop can respond to the reviews in the Zboží.cz administration interface in the Establishment -> Managing Reviews tab.

No, we cannot. To create an XML feed, we recommend contacting your webmaster or an e-shop solution provider. The XML feed must be created according to the Zboží.cz Specification.

Yes, we will display your offers based on the keywords searched by our customers. Therefore, it is advisable to choose your offer titles correctly.

The standard conversion code sent does not contain data on the basis of which we could contact the customer to evaluate the e-shop. Any customer can give a rating, regardless of whether they have actually made a purchase from the e-shop. We recommend that you make full use of the standard measurement code and also submit recommended information.

The order of the individual offers of each internet shop in the default sorting method is affected by:

  • relevance to the keyword – query
  • maximum offer cost per click
  • CTR of the offer of a specific internet shop

You can obtain a higher number of ratings by deploying standard conversion measurement. After a purchase is made, we will contact the customer with an invitation for him/her to rate the e-shop. Just include their e-mail in the conversion code.

You can register another e-shop in the same way as your first e-shop. If you provide the same account as for your first registration, you will see all registrations under one login in the Zboží.cz administration.

The specific availability values can be found in the XML feed specifications for the DELIVERY_DATE tag.

The company logo can be uploaded either in the administration interface of Firmy.cz, or you can send it to us at zbozi@firma.seznam.cz and we will arrange the upload. The minimum size is 140 x 140 px.

The establishment will be verified after linking to the registration on Firmy.cz, which will occur within approximately one business day.

Provided your XML feed is in order, and your credit topped up in the Seznam Peněženka, the offers on Zboží.cz will appear approximately within 4 hours.

On Zboží.cz you pay only for a click on the offer that leads to your e-shop, not for its display. Your investment will be based on the number of offers advertised, the quality of the XML feed, the cost per click, and the product range. Thus, it is generally not possible to estimate the amount of your investment in advance. Minimum prices per click are based on the sales price of your offers.

Yes, Zboží.cz is a paid service. It is up to you how much of an investment you are comfortable with. Basic prices per click vary according to the sales price of the offers, starting at 0.50 CZK to 3 CZK.

The overall rating (called score) of the shop is calculated as the overall average of all user ratings and is displayed in the form of stars – from 1 to 5 – in the listing of offers. A detailed list of individual user ratings can be displayed by clicking on the stars for the given e-shop. A shop’s score is displayed after at least 4 ratings have been received.

The XML offer feed is a data file that contains information about individual sales offers in your e-shop (name, price, availability data, etc.). The XML feed is required for registration at Zboží.cz.

If you need to change the address of the input XML data file for a registered shop, you can make the change in the Zboží.cz administration interface under the “feed” and “feed URL editing” tabs.

The information about a specific free gift (or even the text of the voucher for the next purchase or a mention of a specific accessory) should be added to the EXTRA_MESSAGE tag as follows.

You can register your e-shop in 3 ways. Either in the footer on www.zbozi.cz, in your client zone, or in the administration of your e-shop solution.

In addition to your branches where the ordered goods can be picked up, we also support delivery points from the networks of Zásilkovna, Uloženka, Česká pošta, etc. The carriers we support include, for example, DPD, PPL, and Geis. The complete list of supported carriers and delivery point networks is available here.

You can set up information about shipping and delivery points either in the Zboží.cz administration or in your XML feed. You can find more detailed information in our Help section.

Only online shops can register on Zboží.cz.

Domestic online shops must have the following on their website:

  • ID No.
  • contact details (registered office or place of business; e-mail or telephone contact)
  • shopping cart/order form
  • general terms and conditions
  • offers for sale

Foreign online shops can register if the following conditions are met:

  • shop pages are in Czech
  • prices are in CZK
  • shopping cart/order form
  • general terms and conditions
  • offers for sale
  • contact details
  • complaint options
  • prices of delivery to the Czech Republic

If your offer does not appear in the product details, it is due to one of the reasons listed:

Your shop has either an incorrect XML feed, zero credit in the Seznam Peněženka, or a low financial limit. We will be happy to check your settings, please contact us at zbozi@firma.seznam.cz.

When you use a regional filter, only shops that have a delivery point in the selected region or city are displayed. If you have a delivery point in the region, we recommend checking the settings.
