Processing of personal data

For the purpose of using the service “Contact form Zboží.cz” available at the Internet address (URL) https://napoveda.zbozi.cz/en/contact-form/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) by the user of the Service (hereinafter referred to as the “User”), the company Seznam.cz, a.s., IČ 261 68 685, with its registered office at Radlická 3294/10, 150 00 Praha 5, the operator of the Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) is entitled to process the personal data of the Users (in particular address and descriptive data within the scope specified below), which these Users provide to the Operator within the framework of using the Service.

The User’s personal data will be processed by the Operator to the extent necessary to provide the Service, in particular for the following purposes:

• for the purpose of processing the User’s request and using the contact details for the purpose of mutual future communication between the Operator and the User.

Such processing of personal data is lawful as it is necessary for the performance of the contract under which the User uses the Service and to which the User, as the subject of the personal data, is a party.

The Operator proceeds with the processing of personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), Act No. 110/2019 Coll, Act No. 111/2019 Coll., amending certain acts with the adoption of the Act on the processing of personal data, Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on electronic communications and other legislation governing the protection of personal data.
